Barbell Ladies in Cheltenham & Gloucester
If the gym feels intimidating, especially the free weights area—often called the "Man Zone"—you’re not alone. That’s why I created Barbell Ladies, a 6-week program for women in Cheltenham and Gloucester to master the fundamentals of lifting free weights.

Through this program, I’ll teach you proper technique, help you build confidence, and give you the belief you need to step into the free weights area with ease. Whether you’re completely new to lifting or just looking to refine your skills, Barbell Ladies is designed to empower you and help you feel at home in the gym.

The Barbell Ladies 6-week program is designed to help you master the fundamentals of lifting free weights. Broken down into weekly sessions (1 session per week), you’ll learn corrective techniques to improve your form, boost your confidence, and gain a deeper understanding of free weight exercises.
​
The program is structured to ensure steady progress, and upon completing all 6 sessions, you’ll receive a certificate to mark your achievement. Originally a great success when I ran it as Personal Training at Pure Gym Gloucester, I’m excited to offer it now on a 1:1 basis, as a group, or even online.
​
For those who complete the program, ongoing sessions will be available with a focus on improving your personal bests (PBs) in the exercises you’ve learned.
