program design
For those looking to kick start their fitness regime or reignite their passion for change, program design might be a good place to start. If you're self-motivated but simply need some focus then I am here to help. Sessions last for 60 minutes and during that time together we shall devise a training program based on your goals. It’s recommended you change or adapt your program every 6-8 weeks. When booking a program you will be given the same attention as you would expect from Personal Training and tailored to your needs. Available in the gym at home and online. The more you challenge your body the more you can change it!
